He consistently kept us updated, stayed perfectly within budget, and actually beat the estimated timeline. His craftsmanship speaks for itself. The fact that his team came back on site to alter doors and fix a minor breaker switch perfectly highlights his commitment to putting customers first. We've already received so many compliments and just love our new gem by the water. Thank you Northern Steam!"

Their craftsmanship is old school-such attention to detail! They worked hard, got the job done fast, and cleaned as they left each day. And the sauna is really a good one. 10/10 recommended."

"If you’re looking to add a sauna to your home, I HIGHLY recommend reaching out to Jaden and Northern Steam. It’s rare to find a local business that prioritizes integrity as much as they do. Working with them was a completely different experience than I expected. There were no high-pressure sales tactics or rigid packages; instead, the process felt like a genuine collaboration. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and were completely transparent about every step of the build and the costs involved. Their focus is on authenticity and craftsmanship. They aren't just selling a product—they clearly care about the quality of the work and making sure the final result is something that actually fits your lifestyle. It was great getting to support a local team that values customer service and honest communication over just making a quick sale. If you want a custom build done the right way, give them a call."

"I've been in authentic wood burning saunas in Russia, Finland, Sweden, Poland and more over the years. When we finally decided to go ahead last month, we spent a lot of time researching sauna options: kits, self build, contractor build onsite, and ready to deliver. Northern Steam won out: their workmanship, customer service, and even price were great. Visiting their workshop and seeing a unit under construction and one of their pre-built saunas nearby is what convinced us. Within 72 hours, we were using a new sauna in our backyard! Thanks Jaden and crew!!!"

"Jaden did amazing work on out 8x16 custom sauna! He incorporated the extra customizations of a modern black Finnish style door, an awning window in the changing room and 2 large viewing windows for the sunsets. We also added LED backlit bench lighting, and speakers under the benches for relaxing music. Lastly, he delivered it and set it up. Well done Jayden! Thank you"

We went through numerous design modifications and he was very quick in his follow-ups during every stage of the process. Also, greatly appreciated that he had connections to do everything from building the foundation to coordinating the installation and electrical hook-up. Would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a high-quality set-up."

We would encourage you to check out Northern Steam if you’re considering a sauna for yourselves! We are so happy with ours 💗"

"Connected with Northern Steam through Facebook and had a great experience from start to finish. I was on the fence between two models they had in stock, so he fired up both and let me try them out, which made the decision easy. Delivery was seamless. We have a one acre yard and placed it in the back corner with no rutting or yard damage at all. The equipment they use is clearly well thought out for residential installs. We have had the sauna for about eight months now and use it two to three times per week. Even on a -14 degree windy day, it heated up quickly and held 190° with no issues. Fantastic build quality, great service, and overall I could not be happier. If you are looking for a sauna in the MN metro area, this is absolutely the place to go."
